Alright, I've attempted to search for the appropriate forum for this thread, but has been unsuccessful in my journey.

Anyway -- I have asthma, although it isn't that bad. Anyone else?

Any condition or disease can go in this forum and imho asthma falls under that category. I don't have asthma but maybe some people on the bb do and know something about it.

This forum is short for bulletin board. It could also be called an online forum. Kind of a hodgepodge of discussions.
