I have decided not to keep a journal of my glucose levels. It just takes up more space and I can give you more info by letting you know in type II diabetes that fasting in the morning anything under 100 is normal and in the evening anything under 140 is normal. I have a long way to go in the evenings but the doc said I will get there.

Thanks bevie. This is the 3rd day in the row now I have had problems with my stomach. I read online last night that is part of diabetes though. I have at least half of the symptoms of diabetes so I guess its ok. What makes me angry is I have had these symptoms for several years and no doc has checked me for diabetes till I develeped the extreme tiredness and dizziness.
