I am beginning to wonder about my diabetes. I know it is supposed to fluctuate but yesterday morning when I was fasting my level was 96 which was really good. Last night 2 hrs after I ate it was 250 which is very high. I am following my diet and taking one of the best meds for diabetes. Oh well I go back to my pcp for a followup. I also have to go to my pdoc and she is really good about talking to me about my physical prooblems especially if im depressed at the same time.

levels were 110 and 190 which was good but Kenneth said i was so out of breath today.The doc had sent me a box to put on my heart and then transmit to this company on the phone. It is only when i feel out of breath. Problem is we don't have a regular phone only cell phones and it doesn't work on them. i don't know how long i have to use it whether it would be worthwhile to get a landline phone.We got rid of our other phone b/c everything from Elgin is long distance and you have to pay 60 dollars plus 70 dollars for 2 cell phones. we will just have to get a cheap landline phone i guess and wait till after 7:00pm and wknds to make our long distance cals. At least they are free.

I have realtives with diabetes. So I am very careful now. I avoid sweets. I eat amapalaya vegetable. You try it!
