I think this is the name of the game we learned in gameworks. You delete one letter from the word and add one letter to the word to make it a different word. I am probably not making much sense but I will go first and show you.

The original word is mill. Delete the m and add an h and you have hill.

Dell becomes Deal

Deal becomes Heal

Heal becomes Real
