I have had some bad flare ups lately of arthritis I have it in my shoulders mainly as I have had surgeries on both arms...one doesnt have a rotatorcup anymore

I have developed a bad case of arthritis too or maybe just chronic pain. I can't do anything I used to be able to. I find out the results of my xrays next week when i go back to the rheumatologist.

Now that winters approaching us again I have bad pain again .. hopefully my new doc will save my body LOL

I hope so too hon. We both know what pain feels like.

Pain is worse in winter.
