Are there any of you women old enough to be going through menopause yet? I hate the hot flashes. Has any one found anything over the counter for the hot flashes. I freeze my poor hubby out of the house.

Not sure I am going through menopause yet for sure but I have for the last year had alot of hot flashes and it really can make someone uncomfortable... now I should have my dear mom log in and chat at you on this....

I make my poor husband so uncomfortable. He is warm natured. One good thing is you have no more cycles. YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I should say the hot flashes are more than uncomfortable tho. Your mom could certainly tell you.LOL.

LOL... the funny thing is my moms going through them she works in a meat department in a food shop when she shaving a hot flash she walks into the freezer LOL

mom doesnt work like your mom bev but she is still miserable when she gets them... I have them from seizures and all but I dont think I am going that stage in my life yet lol

I think the normal age is 50-60 but I was fortunate enough to start mine at 46. The bad thing is it runs up your electric bill b/c you have to keep the ac on all the time.

I can only imagine lol

Well, my mom is definitely having her hot flashes. She is 56 right now. The only thing that bothers us the most is her mood swings. She gets angry too often and nag us about everything. But I love her so much! Hi Mom!
