I went to my cardiologist today. I had only been out of my blood pressure meds for 2 days and it was already up again.

High Blood Pressure can lead to a stroke or heart attack but I'm back on them now and I'm sure it's fine. I have to go back to my pcp next week so I will find out. What I don't understand is I took myself off them for 2 years and it was perfectly fine.Thanks for asking, Rex.
