Epilepsy and friends

So many people are afraid of people that have epilepsy it drives me nuts when I want to go out riding (horseback) with people and just a few people can ruin the day for me. I have one friend who totally excepts me the way I am more people like her are really needed in the world.

I know sometimes friends can be hard to find specially when they are ignorant to your handicap and simply dont understand it. I have depression and alot of times I will curl up and sleep a few days it can be rough explaining to people what you are going through ...

I know it can be rough but never give up on finding new friends..most people do know a little something so the ignorance is not as high as you really think...

You will always have a friend with me. I didn't have the same kind of seizures you do but i had temporal lobe seizures and my brother talks abt finding his wife on the bathroom floor not knowing how long she has been there. I can't say I know how you feel exactly but i can imagine it in my mind after hearing my brother talk abt his wife. You will always be in my thoughts and prayers.
